This is production based work, paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. Benefits available after 90 day probation period. W2 is preferred, but will consider 1099 for the right crews.
Qualifications
Candidates must have verifiable experience with FTTx installations. Preferably with AT&T and Century Link (FelxNap).Class A CDLs preferred, with current medical cards. Must be able to work in easements as well as curb side.
Other Requirements
W-2: Company will provide major tools, truck, fuel and matieral. Employee must have his own hand tools, belt, and gaff. We will assist the right person with hand tools if needed. 1099 will be responsible for tools, truck, fuel. Company will provided all material
Job Description
M&T Communications is ramping up its construction in both the Kansas City and Saint Louis markets for new Fiber Builds and overlays. We are currently looking to add three crews to both markets. We will consider 1099 corp to corp, but would prefer W2 employees. We currently have projects in Kansas City and Saint Louis for AT&T fiber build out, but also the Northwest and Central California. We would also prefer crews that have worked together for a while, but are not opposed to building crews from scratch.
