Motivate, mentor and provide direction to your field team. Analyze projects, track costs and improve processes. Prepare and ensure that project goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Have the ability to investigate project cost variances while ensuring that efficient processes are in place. Ensure projects are completed on time while meeting goals. Ability to communicate effectively with our customers and Bear employees.
Other Requirements
Resolves issues affecting projects scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline. Create and manage contingency plans for the projects. Review and provide feedback on projects deliverables (product requirements, functional specifications, etc.) Receive and review site documentation. Prepare Site Bill of Material (BOM) for approval. Schedule material and crews for site construction. Ensure operations and employees adhere to company safety rules and policies. Understand financial reports.

Experienced in managing the day-to-day operations of field operations.
Strong understanding of related functions in the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Energetic and motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude.
Detail and goal oriented.
Proficient with Telecom Industry and project deployment practice.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word, etc. is required.
Must be able to pass our pre-employment testing, (drug screen & background check).
