Qualifications
Company is seeking a well rounded technician to perform customer installations and system maintenance. Must be a self starter experienced in the installation of cable TV, Internet and VoIP. Knowledge of troubleshooting both forward and return path is required. Coaxial cable splicing experience is a plus.
Other Requirements
Own truck and tools is a plus.
Job Description
The successful applicant will perform the installation and maintenance of cable TV service, High Speed Internet service and Voice over Internet Protocol telephony service.
In addition, the successful applicant will assist with line maintenance of the forward and return path as well as some head end maintenance. Generally the work is performed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays with some weekend work mainly during outages.
Applicant will be responsible for "on call" work on an as needed basis.
