Minimum of 1 year experience, but willing to train the right candidates. Must be able to pass background and drug test. Must be able to get certified within 30 days. Traveling techs welcome.

Must have: own work truck, van, or suv. 24-28 foot ladder. Sat Buddy-Birdog. Cordless Drill.
Job Description
Satellite One, a well-established, Full Service DirecTV/Partner, is seeking independent 1099 Contractors to install both residential and commercial customers daily with DirecTV Satellite Service. We are looking for technicians who have what it takes to be the best and earn the best in Midland/ Odessa and outlying areas. Dish Network/Cable/HughesNet crossovers are welcome. This is NOT a temporary position.
We have immediate positions available for qualified SBCA/DACC Certified DirecTV technicians. Bring on a qualified tech and earn an additional $100 referral fee.
Must be self-motivated and have a desire to perform high quality work, possess a high level of responsibility and be a customer service advocate. If you can't meet these criteria then please do not apply.
Not certified, No Problem, We will train the right individual!
We pay for Background and Drug Screen Checks!
Work load will include new installations as well as upgrading existing customers systems. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, mounting of dish, installation of coaxial outlets to each room that customer wants service and education on services and equipment installed. All jobs are required to meet quality control standards set forth by DirecTV/ Mastec
Installer Technicians typically work 6 days per week.
The hours you work is based on the work load which is usually 2-5 jobs per day.
Requirements: (We can help with tools and ladders)
- You must have a truck, van or SUV and at least a 28' fiberglass ladder
