Field Supervisors for Nashville Large Fiber Build Project

Provide daily leadership and oversight of all crew work deployed in the field; daily place of duty are field construction sites throughout Nashville area; report issues with previous day and known obstacles for today’s work; fully understand construction specifications and standards in order to enforce in crew delivery; gather and review documents for the previous day’s work that are not captured by Kodiak; gather and review Safety documents (PTP) from Foreman; review/approve each previous daily on time; review units/material consumption for accuracy; review and approve previous day’s punch list; follow up with any discrepancies in the previous day’s work; schedule a time with Foreman to QC previous day’s work and plan the next day’s work-Develop a punch list; follow up with any discrepancies in the previous day’s work; drive/walk out next day’s work with Field Manager ensuring any obstacles are discussed and resolved; oversee all on site-field monitoring progress and contractors ensuring safety and construction standards are met.
