Pay
Commensurate with experience. Paid weekly, 40 hour weeks, Must be willing to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience in CATV construction, both underground and aerial. Must be able to manage underground and aerial construction crews, read prints, communicate well with client and the public. Must have a clean driving record and be drug free. We are a drug free workplace.
Other Requirements
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have own splicing tools. Work vehicle will be provided.
Job Description
Position entails setting up crews on job sites, ensuring work is done to standards and restoration is completed to customer satisfaction. Duties also entail filling out requisition forms, ensuring crews have required tools and supplies, filling out attendance and production forms, communicating with client as well as fair and effective management of employees and sub-contractors. Although the position is primarily supervisory in nature, it is a field position and applicant must be willing to perform construction duties when required. This is a long term position with room for advancement for knowledgeable, eager and motivated individuals.
