Must have a valid drivers license with less than 2 point and no history of DUI.Must pass a drug test and consent to a background check!
Job Description
• Insure there is two weeks of work load ahead of schedule
• Project Walkout
• Estimate labor and materials for project
• Permitting needs if any
• Call USA Locate service and obtain ticket
• Coordination with City, County and State requirements or restrictions and address issues proactively as needed
• Daily Development of Project Packet to include project detail, maps, images and supporting filed
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
• Conduct site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed according to design disciplines and trade standards
• Use job/project log and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and Expenditure
• effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Issue contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, etc.
• Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders
• Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are Obtained
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
• Keep the relevant informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
