In house pay is based hourly on experience, but offers health insurance, paid vacation, IRA program, paid holidays, and year end bonus. 1099 pay is based on footage
Qualifications
In house we would like minimum 1 year experience and 1099 contractors 2 years. Everyone must be able to pass a background check and drug test! Valid drivers license is a must with nothing major on your record.
Other Requirements
1099 must have bucket trucks, ladders climbing gear, lashers, etc, all equipment to place aerial fiber to it's completion.
Job Description
We have several contracts with multiple company's for the next 4 years plus. Bulk of the work is fiber and flex knap and is year round. Work can start immediately.
