Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years lead lineman experience and be proficient in pole climbing, bucket truck and boom operation, cable and fiber new build, maintenance and facility relocation including, but not limited to, lashing, delashing, pole transfer, pole framing, anchor placement etc. Candidates should possess or have the capacity to obtain a Class A CDL license.
Other Requirements
General understanding of bucket truck and boom scheduled maintenance and basic engine/mechanical break-fix experience. Capacity to withstand inclement weather conditions including extreme heat, humidity, rain, cold, etc. Coax and/or fiber splicing, active balancing and RF level / meter experience is a plus but not required.

Lead Lineman / Crew Foreman is responsible for leading and managing his/her crew in the building of aerial and related fiber and coax plant facilities. Lead Lineman / Crew Foreman is responsible for crew management, scheduling, communication and safety. He/she shall provide daily record keeping and reports as required by the Field Supervisor including work performed documentation and red line map documentation.
