Pay
60% of retail labor invoiced and paid goes to the tech. Opps for commission on products sold. All of my current techs gross an average of $1000 / week(5 days) or more.
Qualifications
Candidate must be incorporated / LLC with own liability insurance and worker’s comp or waiver thereof.
Must have a clean / valid driver’s license.
Background check required.
Must be able to arrive on time and ready to work EVERY day.
Be able to regularly climb and work from ladders and lift materials up to 80 pounds.
Be able to endure high temperatures and tight spaces.
Must be self-motivated and organized.
Must have cabling experience. CCTV and or A/V experience would be a plus.
Other Requirements
Must have dependable truck w/ ladder rack.
Must have all hand and cable pulling / termination tools.
Job Description
Low voltage cabling in residential and commercial locations.
Complete work orders properly.
Duties may include but are not limited to: Pulling cable, attic work, ladder work, installing connectors, and mounting flat panel TVs.
Positive and Effective interaction with customers.
Ability to travel and work at various job sites throughout Pinellas, Pasco and west Hillsborough counties.
Ensure all installation and service work is done according to quality standards.
Adhere to safety policy.
Honesty and integrity are mission-critical. You have my back, I will have yours.
