Telecom Aerial Crew Foreman
S&N is currently recruiting a Telecom Aerial Crew Foreman to work on a major fiber build project in the Atlanta market.
Crew Foremen will receive the following:
Competitive salary
Company-issued vehicle and gas-card to drive to and from work

Company-issued laptop and cell-phone for use on the job.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Telecom Aerial Crew Foreman will oversee an aerial crew placing plant as part of a fiber build project. The Foreman will be responsible for crew compliance with customer-specific operating and safety procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years’ telecom-specific aerial experience.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Class A CDL strongly preferred.
Current and valid driver’s license with good record to operate company provided vehicle.
Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Dependable and trustworthy.
Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one’s ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to look beyond the standard solutions.
Ability to use analytical thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
