Pay
The pay is hourly with overtime. Rate is determined on your knowledge and years of experience. There is room for quick advancement.
Qualifications
Looking for experienced fiber splicer. We want an individual with the capabilities to expand there knowledge. Experienced with fusion splicing, testing and installing enclosures, OSP and ISP Muxes,OTDRs, light meters, ribbon splicing is a plus. We can assist with additional training.
Other Requirements
Valid drivers license, Must be able to pass a DOT physical for a medical card. 10 year background check, drug and alcohol test.
Job Description
This is a full time position, there is night work required and mixed in with all the daytime work. Manhole hole experience is a plus, if no experience you will be trained and certified to work confined space. We normally work 5 days a week plus overtime. You will be working on your own using a bucket truck and a fiber splicing trailer. We offer after 90 days, one weeks vacation, Health insurance, $25,000 death benefit starts on first day of employment, Dental,401K with the maximum employer contribution permitted by law.
