Job Description

The CATV Manager is responsible for supporting local CATV systems operations for the company from site surveys and permitting, to aerial and underground coaxial and fiber construction including plant extensions, forced relocations, plant repairs, maintenance and emergency call outs.
Must have extensive knowledge of both coaxial and fiber design, construction and system performance. Must be self motivated, organized and able to set and re-set priorities to accomplish company and customer goals establishing daily and long term schedules of work load, materials and both aerial and underground crews as needed.
Will be responsible for the weekly invoicing and tracking of projects and materials, processing documents in a timely and efficient manner. Create weekly reports tracking invoices, project progress and monthly material reports.
Will be responsible for coordinating activities with all local, county and state authorities, developers and home owners in the performance of these functions. Also work with system employees, other utilities, contractors and locating companies to accomplish company goals.
Manager will conduct site visits to ensure employees conform to company safety procedures and maintain quality production standards as established by the customer.

Other projects may be assigned to manager as company needs dictate
