Pay
Pay is Net 20 and is piece rate. 3/4K a week more for motived splicers.
Qualifications
Must be well rounded in fiber splicing practice. Routing is of the upmost importance as is quality of splices performed. All splicers MUST HAVE REFERENCES. Again this is all CORE ALIGNMENT SPLICING. We will want to know what kind of equipment you will be using.
Other Requirements
Must have all tools and trucks neccessary for splicing in air or underground.
