Job Description
We are currently looking for individuals that have experience with Comcast or similar to manage and work with a team of Door to Door Reps in select Markets. Job Dutes include:
Prospecting new hires; attending job fairs; head hunting; training
and developing staff both in and out of the field; assist in the facilitation of goal setting; coaching; motivating staff; performance evaluation of staff; reporting; chargeback management; quality control; managing; training new hires; overseeing existing Markets and expanding into new Markets; and sales.
