Job Description
We are currently looking for:
** 2 good drill operators with a minimum of 2 years experience.
** Several hand-diggers/ vac operators/ General Laborers.
** Restoration crew members, including a restoration foreman with some experience.
** Minimally experienced personnel for pulling fiber, winching in duct into vacant duct banks, repairing collapsed duct runs, etc.
We want hard, dedicated workers with strong work ethic. There is a great potential for growth in the company.
*** We are based out of Southfield, Michigan. Unlike many construction companies out there, we are a carrier. All of the work we do is for ourselves. We are looking for local people or people who would be willing to relocate to the area at their expense because this is long-term work. Providing a temporary hotel room or lodging is not out of the question for the right candidate. We want people who have an interest in retiring with the company, not guys that are chasing dollars.

** You can't or tend not to come to work everyday or have a tendency of being late.
** You have an issue with working in poor weather conditions- We work all year and are in Michigan- it will be cold, rainy, snowy, etc. at times.
