After training is complete you will be full commission with us. 18% to start and up to 20% after 90 days.
Our average tech is running 4-7 jobs/day
Average Ticket - $350-$450
Example Job:
$450 Ticket
- $50 Parts
Equals: $400 X 20%
$80 For Tech
Qualifications
Equipment Required:
Full-Size Pick up Truck (Yes a truck is required we do not provide company vehicles, we haul our parts for the week so a truck is needed to support the parts)
Ladder Rack (Not required immediately but will need to be obtained before we can part up any truck)
Personal Tool set (Basic hand tools, impact drill, grinder etc.)
Schedule:
Looking for 5-6 day/week availability
1 weekend day every week
2 on call nights (to handle after hours/emergency calls)
Other Requirements
Must have own Tools and Truck.

We are seeking technicians who are great with homeowners and are money motivated.
The Garage Door industry is a beast of its own! We have a ton of work and are looking for solid contractors to handle the workload. Every single job pays and each one will pay well!
This job requires open availability, we are on-call repair men we go when the customer calls which is typically sun up to sun down.
Most of our techs make over 80K per year with many making 6 figures just because they take on the work load.
Our work Technician makes at least 1K per week but I do not need lazy guys on the team, I am looking to replace those guys with real contractors who understand what it means to work!
We work weekends, evenings and some holidays so this is a factor to consider. We do not provide any vehicle or mileage so your personal usage of your truck is another factor. We are confident that we keep our techs happy and taken care of so that the headaches of contracting are a much easier burden to carry.
