Job Description
Henkels & McCoy's SE Regional office is hiring a Construction Manager for a project along rail road ROW in Ellijay, Georgia region.
-The reporting office will be in Atlanta, Ga.
-This is a long term position.
Position Description:
The CM works directly with the PM to operate the projects. The CM is the direct point of contact for the operations in the field. The PM assists with project tracking, finance, materials acquisition and tracking, scheduling, etc.
The company Fleet Manager supports the Team for equipment needs, whether internal or external rental needs.
H&M is dedicated to providing its employee’s the safest work locations in the industry. The Regional Safety Pro provides the site specific and continual training to the employees.
-CM Responsibilities:
a. Day to day field operations and work coordination for H&M employees and subcontractors
b. Project safety
c. Contract compliance
d. Customer interface
e. Project production reporting
f. Operating the Project within the proposed budget
g. Equipment maintenance and safe operation
