Telecommunication Aerial Lineman

Must reside in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area. Regularly out of town M-F travel.
Starts
Upon successful completion of interviews and pre-employment screenings.
Pay
Hourly paid rate based on experience, abilities and performance. health insurance, matching 401(k), holiday & personal paid time off, and potential bonus pay. Daily out of town per diem pay, gear and tools are provided.
Qualifications
Lineman Certification or equivalent field experience. Demonstrated ability to safely climb poles, ladders and operate bucket truck and boom. Looking at both experienced and inexperienced but have lineman certification applicants. Willingness to work outside in the elements, work successfully on a work crew and consistently make good choices with co-workers, TurnKey and customer in mind.
Other Requirements
Employees are required to have and maintain an acceptable driving record. Preferred DL is an active CDL Class A, if not then a valid MI Chauffeur DL with DOT Medical card or the ability to quickly obtain them. Pass random and periodic drug screens. Work well within work team, participate in safe work, great customer service and work improvement initiatives.

Work on 2 or 3 man crew, following jobsite direction from Foreman and Supervisor.
TurnKey Network Solutions Aerial crews:
Place fiber (and some copper)
Wreck-out and removal
Pole transfers and maintenance
Emergency restorative services
Over-lash and network growth projects
Safety, quality and efficiency standards are met by following TurnKey work procedures, keeping equipment in good working condition, utilizing equipment per OSHA regulations and manufacturers guidelines. And, performing inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment regularly.
