Qualifications
As far as techs must have own tools and vehicle to perform the job. Everyone must be able to pass drug and background test. Manager positions skill sets must include previous experience with DIRECTV and must have the ability to grow the markets and recruit.
Job Description
Techs- Perform installation of DIRECTV/ATT products in customers homes.
GM- Local site managers to oversee techs in market and manage the warehouse. Must have skill set to manage and hire techs. Must have knowledge in the DIRECTV installation in order to insure quality and assist with training any new hires.
Regional Manager- Oversee GM's in multiple markets, and insure markets are performing to ATT standards. Must be willing to travel. Must have excellent recruiting and communication skills. Looking for someone with previous experience as a site manager for ATT/DIRECTV or sub parner
