Job Description
DAILY DUTIES:
• Manage all the daily operations that take place
• Solve all the problems that arise through the day
• Delegation of duties to the right employees
• Ensure compliance of all installation and repair performance and technical standards are met
• Give a progress report to the Partners
• Solve disputes that arise between employees or departments and make sure the daily work is not hampered in any way
• Make suggestion for promotion as Director will work with all the employees closely and know the capabilities of each individual
• Help management make plans for future business ventures
• Capable of doing walk thru and bids on prospective jobs
• Liaison with clients and working directly with them to resolve issues as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree. Or 8-10 years of Experience in field operations or equivalent is required
• Proficiency with PC’s, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
All applicants must be able to pass a background check, and drug screen.
