Requirements:
• 2-4 years administrative experience indicating knowledge of office procedures and office equipment
• Experience with operating ACAS programming preferred
• Associates degree in Business or a related field
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry
• Prepare technical, statistical, graphical, and other specialized reports
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of personal computers, including word processing, Power Point presentations, spreadsheet and database
• Experience answering a multi-line telephone system
• Detail orientation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to meet inflexible deadlines
• Superior level of organization & attention to detail
• Strong skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, creative thinking and problem solving
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information, including electronic documents
• Accept responsibility without direct supervision
• Perform additional duties as may be required on a random basis by management
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of basic computer, mathematics, language and reasoning skills
• Ability to work calmly in a rapidly changing environment, to prioritize and multi-task
• Capable to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work well independently
