Qualifications
Must know how to splice fiber, read schematics/ maps/ designs for cable tv company. Have basic knowledge of cable tv construction. Experience working with head-end personnel. Good communication skills a must.
Other Requirements
Must have own vehicle, tools and equipment to splice and troubleshoot fiber.
Job Description
Must know all aspects of fiber splicing, specifically knowledge with cable tv company procedures. We are a general contractor for one of the biggest cable tv, phone and internet providers in the country. All work is in Illinois in the greater Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.
