Qualifications
The incumbent should have past experience in low voltage wiring and excellent customer relations’ skills. Experience with the installation of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and fire systems, including integrated applications, is strongly desired but not required. A high school diploma or GED, good communication and customer service skills, basic computer experience, electrical experience are needed. A clean driving record is required. BASA/FASA certification desired, but not required.

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to service, repair and install CCTV, Access, Fire and Security systems for customer base, which includes municipal, residential and commercial accounts. In addition the technician should positively represent Redwire in the community.
1. Repair and install all systems to the customer’s satisfaction.
2. Participate in on-call rotation.
3. Maintain monitoring equipment in Central Station.
4. Completing and turning in all service call related paperwork.
5. Other duties as necessary.
Reporting Relationships: Service Manager, Field Supervisor.
