Pay
Pay is commensurate with position and experience. Pay is hourly plus overtime. We regularly work 55+ hours per week. Medical, Paid Time Off, 401K and quarterly bonus also available
Qualifications
We need experienced Mini Excavator Operators and Drillers/Locators. Must have experience and good references..

Must have a positive and respectful attitude along with a hard working work ethic. All tools, trucks, and equipment will be provided.
Job Description
We have immediate openings for the following positions on a Horizontal Directional Drilling crew: Drillers, Locaters, Mini-Excavator Operators, General Laborers. This a directional drilling company and we currently have work in the Charlotte, NC area. Occasionally traveling may be required from time to time and may become a predominate part of the position as we follow larger projects around the Mid Atlantic Region. We have larger size Vermeer drills (24x40 & 40x55). All our drills, vacs, equipment and trucks are brand new 2015 & 2016 models. This is not worn out equipment that breaks down all the time. This is brand new equipment. We are also looking to expand operations to other areas in the Mid Atlantic Region. Our drill crews perform like a team with everyone chipping in to do all kinds of tasks in a team effort. We don't take risks drilling across utilities that we haven't pot holed first. We only use hydra-vac potholing. There are no hand tools used in pot holing. We offer excellent pay rates and compensation package. Come grow with our company!
