Must have strong organizational and management skills, strong attention to details, and capable of working with minimum supervision. Flexibility & ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to lead, teach, train and direct on all procedures, while meeting qc standards. Must be in good physical condition and be able to work in all weather conditions.

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen & have a clean drivers license.
Job Description
This position would oversee the development and implementation of training strategies, plans and processes. A vast knowledge of the cable industry, including the ability to perform each duty, is required.
The Training/QC supervisor would prepare & facilitate training courses and coordinate with managers on all aspects of training delivery and follow-up; collaborate with management teams to improve operation metrics, tech morale, quality control requirements and management efficiency; and participate in technician meetings and evaluate the results of all training activities.
