Piece Rate Structure. Pay is 7 days out for individuals working out of our trucks, 14 days out for contract companies via weekly Direct Deposit.
Qualifications
Must have experience in new build aerial construction. Foremen must have verifiable experience leading aerial construction crew and be able to read design maps. Absolutely MUST have safe work ethic. Must have experience working out of cable placing trucks.
Other Requirements
Individuals: Must have drivers license (CDL is a plus). Drug addicts and/or alcoholics will not be tolerated. Must be willing to work long days and weekends in order to meet deadlines for our customers. Must be ready to start immediately. Contract Companies: Must carry General Liability & Workers Compensation Insurance.
Job Description
This project involves placing strand and fiber to cover many small cell nodes for a major communications partner. We are a Full-Service Prime Vendor and have ongoing projects in over 10 states. The routes are mostly roadside accessible with very little rear easement. This is a long term project that will likely extend into late 2017 and beyond. We are seeking the best of the best for long term opportunities.
