Job Description
We are actively seeking a full-time Territory Manager with previous team leadership and management experience to develop our growing team of Field Representatives. The successful Territory Manager will possess a positive “can-do” attitude; is mission driven and goal-oriented; is driven to succeed; and has proven ability to develop, train, and lead their team to exceed monthly goal quotas to achieve corporate set goals.
UPI Marketing Corp was founded in 2012 and has been growing exponentially ever since through our grassroots and direct marketing strategies. We provide direct marketing services for Lifeline, Energy Sales, and Cable TV. We offer an uncapped earning potential, flexible hours, the opportunity for advancement, and provide ongoing training and tools to help our field representatives succeed.
The Territory Manager will develop, lead, and provide on-going training to our full and part-time Cable Television Field Representatives. As Manager, you must have the ability to follow our proven process, plan, improve, and implement over time. You will exhibit professionalism at all times; collaborate with store Management as needed; work with the general public at designated kiosk locations and demonstrate outstanding customer service, and train your team to do the same. You will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and other onboarding and daily business functions as needed.
The ideal Territory Manager will have experience in Cable Television, Cellular, or a similar telecommunications industry. Two years’ relevant experience is preferred.
