Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ability to drill and read locates
Prior supervisory experience
Class A CDL with tanker endorsement with a safe driving record (No DUIs within the past 5 years) and minimum of 1 year driving experience.
Ability to work in a hard and physically demanding environment
Able to lift, push, and pull 50-100 pounds repeatedly
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee AND perform the operation of Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit, power CIC and fiber optic cable.
Performs all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and uses appropriate safety equipment.
Setup and cleanup of work site including traffic and pedestrian control.
Read and interpret utility locates.
Vehicle and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified.
Perform minor maintenance on equipment or vehicles
Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines.
