Techs with experience can start immediately upon completion of DIRECTV background check. TECHS NEEDED TO START YESTERDAY!
Pay
competitive rates are base on tech experience and work produced. Paid weekly via direct deposit. A bank account is required.
Qualifications
Prior experience installing DirecTV is a MUST. Must also have SBCA and General Liability Insurance. Must have valid Driver's license, Social Security Card and ability to pass DIRECTV background check. Drug test is not required.
Other Requirements
PROFESSIONAL looking work truck/van. All tools required to perform installations to the DIRECTV specifications including 28foot ladder and AIM meter. Must have cell phone, computer, printer/scanner, internet access and ability to upload quality control photos in .JPEG and work orders in .PDF format. (We will provide training for these functions) ON A DAILY BASIS. Must have a solid work ethic, good attendance history and be professional and courteous when dealing with the customers.

Sunshine Communications, an established high volume contractor for Adcomm is in need of professional, knowledgeable installer/technicians in our Tampa and Jacksonville markets.
THIS IS NOT HSP. NEW INSTALLS ONLY. The only service calls you do will be your own. Any custom fees are paid directly to the technician at the time of installation, by the customer.
The minimum expectation is 2 installs per day, however there is the possibility for much more if you desire. Work week is Mon-Sat, again, work is available on Sundays if you choose, though not required.
The workload is BOOMING. Very easy to make $1500 and much more every week for those technicians who show up every day ready to go get it.
CUSTOMER SERVICE COURTESY IS KEY! PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE IS KEY! MUST BE EXPERIENCED. MUST BE MOTIVATED.
You will be required to meet at the warehouse 2 times a week to inventory and replenish equipment. The other days you will go from home directly to your job first thing in the morning. YOU MUST BE A SELF STARTER to be successful and to continue to receive work.
Compensation is through direct deposit, so a bank account is required.

We are also looking for a SUPERIOR technician in the Tampa area to serve as a Regional working Supervisor. All of the qualifications above are still a must. In addition, this position will require some traveling, ability to receive, inventory and distribute equipment. Troubleshooting for the technicians, perform QC checks and report directly to the owner. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Absolute professionalism in every aspect is necessary.
