Qualifications
The purpose of this position is to support technical construction crews and ensure quality service is being performed. The Field Supervisor is responsible for coordination, delegation, supervision and quality control of onsite work including responsibility for performance and productivity of all crew members and accuracy of all related documentation
Other Requirements
Ability to plan, layout, and supervise the activities of a large working unit involving a large staff of subordinates and crews performing varied tasks
Good knowledge of the hazards incidental to maintenance and construction involved and of the safety measures to be observed
3-5 years of construction knowledge both aerial and underground practices for both Fiber optic and coaxial methods. Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test. References helpful

Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsibilities include directing work where applicable, ensure on-time and on-budget compliance with work tasks issued from customer, Quality assurance and controls for current workload, documentation(As-Builts, permit tracking and coordination) completed and submitted in a timely manner, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Understand, train and enforce proper documentation of pay activities (work orders, time sheets, invoicing, etc.)
Handle customer service with our customers, show leadership qualities, work with other supervisors and crews, and ability to instill professionalism, customer service driven attitude
Coordinate with Project Manager on daily responsibilities including any High Priority Projects
Recruit, train, and motivate new and existing personnel.
Multi-task in fast paced environment. This includes goal setting, production, efficiently solving issues with customers, production scheduling and morale, etc.
Ensuring their personnel have the proper tools, training on tools and safety gear to succeed at all times
Adhere to safety policy
Accurately document correspondence with customers
Responsible for safety and vehicle inspections
