Must also have multi-level customer relations experience, solid communication skills, excellent follow through abilities, good judgment and a great attitude. This position requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Previous experience within Telecommunications/Cable Industry required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Job Description

FIELD SUPERVISOR

The Field Supervisor is responsible for work order management, installation coordination, installation program management, and other duties as assigned by the Site Operations Manager. The Field Supervisor is expected to accomplish performance goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.

The Field Supervisor produces reports, monitors workflow and productivity, responds to inquiries via phone calls, texts and emails with management and field installation technicians.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for QC’s and will support, guide and motivate the field installation technicians to assist them in successfully meeting metrics. The Field Supervisor fosters employee development, a cohesive team environment, and promotes a culture of safety and accountability.
