Must have a strong understanding of Underground construction methods for Fiber optic installation. Need to have strong communication skills to manage aspects of the project. Must have experience in managing multiple underground crews.

Responsible for the oversight, management, and construction compliance of directional drilling and aerial installation crews. Responsible for the safety, quality assurance/control and work schedule and timeline management. Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance. Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
