Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS • Excellent customer service and time managing skills • Working knowledge of mobile technology, preferred • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration without restrictions • Must pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen upon consideration of employment • Must use personal vehicle • Must use personal smart phone capable of running our Open Door application (iPhone 4s or above; Android 3.2.1 or above) • Must work evening and weekend hours

ABOUT REALTIME RESULTS Realtime Results provides field collection and customer retention services for multiple cable operators in 13 states. At the heart of the organization lies innovative technology which includes the Open Door Solution, a powerful mobile software platform that ties field sales and service teams to back-office operations. ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking self-motivated, full-time candidates with strong sales and customer service backgrounds to recover cable equipment from former WOW! subscribers in the Madison Heights, MI region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive assigned leads through Open Door application and make direct contact with customers
• Recover cable premise equipment from customers’ residence
• Convey order electronically to internal or client back-office teams for order provisioning, tracking, and completion
• Meet standardized goals and objectives as established by the management team
• Represent client in a professional and positive manner in all situations
• Adhere to FDCPA/Federal/state/city laws/provisions, as defined in training/FDCPA testing
