Qualifications
Locator needs to have one to three years experience with Ditch Witch and DCI locating systems. Labor's I would like to have a minimum of six months to a couple years experience in all Realms of potholing peds, and hand hole setting conduit placement etc.

Job description for a locator entails locating drill head, supervising the crew and all other day to day operations.
Labor hands will pothole utilities, couple conduit splice points, set hand holes and vaults and peds. Restoration work also.
