Job Description and Responsibilities :
Job Summary: Reporting to company headquarters (King of Prussia), the Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for supporting project needs through the coordination of all billing and invoicing as well as management and administration of scheduling and reporting via P6.
Requirements :
Education:
College degree plus 1-3 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
1-3 years billing and invoicing
1-3 years in the construction industry
Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods and techniques preferred
Previous work experience must demonstrate financial and supervisory accountability and authority
Technical Skills:
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient with Google Documents a plus
Knowledge and Proficiency in Oracle P6 a plus
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Above average scheduling and time management skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal ,verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial understanding; ability to interpret project financial indicators and use them as part of the decision making process
Above average analytical skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
