Qualifications
Min 5 years in OSP construction and maintenance, able to supervise field crews in house and subs, aerial pole line design and underground construction operations and damage prevention, familiar with ATT construction prints. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
Other Requirements
Looking for local candidates in both markets, will provide for the right candidate temporary arrangements. Company vehicle, computer, camera and other equipment provided.
Job Description
Familiar with OSP design and construction, able to understand ATT prints, understanding of both RUS and Bell standards. Able to interface with inhouse as well as sub contractors. Able to motivate, mentor, and provide direction to field crews, ensure projects are completed with quality, customer requirements and on time, resolve field issues affecting projects time lines, ensures compliance with all applicable safety requirements. Maintain project inventory, interface with general public and customer managers
