Must have a minimum of 10yrs experience in Fiber build, maintenance, fiber plant management, fiber trouble shooting,and fiber audits. Must have experience in Commercial builds under ground, aerial and interior building wiring. All around CATV/telecom OSP. Understands the hours and work necessary to fulfill telecom customers needs, must have computer skills, communication skills, work well with customers, employees and contractors. Must have a problem solving mentality.

Looking for a project manger to over see fiber maintenance and Commercial business construction for a rapidly growing prime contractor with Charter in the St.Louis and surrounding markets. Duties will include but not limited to job walk outs with customer reps, commercial walk outs for design and job costing, over seeing sub contractors and in house crews on fiber maintenance and commercial business projects, managing and scheduling crews to meet the construction timelines of customer, billing, material management, customer relations, project tracking in customer data bases and quality control. This position will have an administrative assistant and as this side of the business grows will have field QC/Coordinators under their management. Applicant must understand the requirements of this line of business and understand that at times this is not a 5 day a week job and be willing to do what is necessary to meet dead lines and insure quality in every aspect for which they are overseeing. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in help when needed and lead by example.
