Seeking Directional Driller/Locator/all positions

Ideal Hdd Candidates will have over 1 year of experience and be fluent with both operating small to medium sized directional drills (and other relevant heavy equipment- mini-excavator, etc.) and locating. Candidates must have basic blueprint reading experience. **All positions require a valid drivers license with no DUI for 5 years. ***All positions require candidates to have reliable source of transportation to work everyday and be on time.

Having experience with MDOT and/or traffic control is beneficial but not required. Class A CDL w/air brakes or Chauffers Lic. with appropriate DOT Med Card are beneficial but not required as well. **These are not prerequisites, but may be required (at the company's expense) for any employee to obtain at any time. Fiber pulling and site restoration/landscaping experience are also a plus.

**Directional Driller: operate and maintain directional drill and necessary locating equipment. (Current drills are Vermeer 20x22 s3), this position will require hand digging, heavy lifting, working late hours on occasion, and working in inclement weather. Ideally candidate will be fluent with both locating and operating the drill in congested areas if necessary. Strong ability to efficiently utilize available personel required.

**General Laborers: hand dig with shovels, pick axes, jack hammers as needed (often all or most of the day). Make pipe ready for pull-back, pull in fiber, move trailers/trucks, restore job site- back fill holes, set hand holes, haul dirt away, rake/landscape, place sod. Perform any safe and reasonable work related task needed by foreman.
