• Knowledge of the hazards incidental to maintenance and construction involved and of the safety measures to be observed.
• Show exemplary customer service to customers, and leadership.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor on daily responsibilities.
• Motivate crews.
• Full comprehension of construction plans, read prints, time sheets in order to supervise successful completion of operations.
• Develop and maintain team-building through strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Verify while on job site workers use Safe Dig practices.
• Efficient time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
