Qualifications
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: 3+ years experience and CDL preferred. Must know and be able to pass skills test to operate a mini-excavator and Directional Boring machines. **reading prints is a plus** CREW LEADER: Need to know how to read prints, and make sure you and your crew has the proper equipment to complete the job. Must be able to perform work SAFELY in a timely manner.
Other Requirements
Candidates must be able to read and write and be able to fill out paperwork and do red lines on your completed jobs. Good communication skills is a must.
Job Description
Our Operators and Crew Leaders are also required to operate a shovel and labor as needed with digging pits and trenches by hand and restoring areas with grass, sod, concrete, or asphalt. Know that you will be getting dirty. Crew Leaders are required to perform duties of a laborer and an operator in addition to locating the directional bore machine, and running a safe, efficient crew.
