Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced telecommunications outside plant field Supervisor. The position requires advanced knowledge of underground utility construction. The person for this position must have extensive experience scheduling crews, communicating progress reports to customers, dealing with various field issues and handling in-house financials. Individual must be computer proficient. Candidate must strive for excellent customer service by ensuring Pauley Construction and its field technicians deliver quality work in a craftsman like manner every day.
Must have a valid driver’s license, pass all company drug testing, adhere to all OSHA, state, city/municipality safety requirements and training provided by company. Employee needed for Brighton CO area. Applicant must be able and willing to travel as needed.
Pauley Construction specializes in underground utility work, telecommunication and power infrastructure, as well as aerial and long haul, in both city and rural environments.

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years old
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Must pass company drug testing
• Knowledge of local cable facilities and fiber networks
• Strong leadership skills, ability to manage on-site and remote teams
• Highly analytical and organized, with an ability to multi-task, Prioritize tasks and make critical decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work productively with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to travel and work the required hours of the position
• Experience in how to read and interpret outside and subscriber plant facility records and engineering schematic work prints
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with internal and external customers
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) to effectively communicate with product vendors and customers
• Must work well with our customer’s, contract admins, and be an advocate for our position
• Ability to work from oral or written instructions and plan work without direct supervision
• Possesses proficient personal computer operations skills (including Microsoft Office and PC based applications)
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and in various hours of the day or night and holidays as require
• Must be able to travel overnight as necessary to meet business and job requirements Comply with all safety regulations and meet safety requirements to maintain a successful safety record
• Assume all duties as assigned
