Responsible for the installation of residential and commercial Directv Systems, trouble shoot and upgrade existing Directv systems, provide quality customer and technological service and support to all Directv customers to ensure customer satisfaction, determine the best location for dish mounting, running and connecting cable lines at the highest professional level without damages to customers property, securing and maintaining Directv's equipment at the highest level of protection.

Have a working knowledge of small hand and power tools, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.,be able to pass a background and drug screening test, be able to lift and work with a 28 foot ladder, be able to work comfortably on an independent basis installing directv systems, have very strong customer service skills, be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a USA citizen or legal working documentation. We provide training to interested individuals.

Directv Installation Systems consist of meeting and greeting the customer, determining a location for mounting the dish with the customer that will allow the best line of sight for the satellite signals, explaining the routing of the cable connections that will be the least conspicuous to the customer, determining the receivers location with the customer, securing all cable connections, working in attics and crawl spaces, mounting dishes on roof tops without damages or leaks, dish pole mounts and trenching, customer education on how the system works and cleaning up the work area after the installation is complete.
