Qualifications
Completion of “Train the Trainer”.
Minimum 2 years as core installation technician with vast knowledge of installation specs.
Supervisory experience in cable television is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to travel and work flexible schedule.
Must be able to multi-task with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

CAVO Broadband, a national leader in the telecommunications field, is hiring an individual to train Cable TV/Phone/Internet and Alarm technicians for residential and commercial accounts. We offer growth potential, training and competitive benefits for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform Production employee orientations.
Train all production employees on CATV specs, ladder and driving safety, administration,
classroom education, customer service, and on the job training.
Assist with the interviewing and hiring of production employees.
Coordinate all training and ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor trainee production to ensure training metrics are being followed.
Perform ride-outs and trainee ride-alongs to ensure proper techniques and efficiencies.
Administer tests and complete evaluations on all trainees prior to releasing into production.
Compile trainee performance reports.
Maintain a professional and thorough training environment.
Monitor Field Training process and work closely Field Trainers to ensure new hire training is
being performed in accordance to the training program requirement.
Perform Safety Job Site Observations (JSO's).
