• Demonstrated computer proficiency

Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manages all aspects of multiple, concurrent customer projects for underground utilities construction including fiber optics, natural gas and water at multiple locations.
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long term work opportunities.
3. Develops plans that are appropriate, comprehensive and effective in the scheduling and implementation of internal crews and sub-contractors, ensuring projects are completed in a timely, accurate, and cost effective manner.
4. Manages job cost strategies that result in significant positive financial results. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of general administrative work to include daily reports, safety reports, purchase order requests, change order requests, and invoice requests.
5. Communicates oral and written information accurately, concisely, and in a form appropriate to the target audience.
6. Consistently strives to create, develop and implement additional procedures, systems, programs, and processes aimed at continuous improvement, quality, and customer enhancement.
7. Functions proactively and persistently in the face of obstacles/change establishing both short-term and long-term operations and customer service strategies to meet present and future project needs.
8. Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures as well as additional legal regulatory requirements.
9. Maintains a highly professional manner and style, which sets a standard of excellence for the rest of the staff.
10. Listens to others and responds professionally with timely and accurate information.
ENVIRONMENT:
Position must be comfortable working with minimum supervision, able to thrive in a mobile environment, travel as required and not averse to physical labor when needed to complete work.
