Pay
Piece rate for 1099 Sub Contractors/ Piece Rate for Employees all pay is on the 5th and 20th of every month 30 day pay net no retainer. All work is Quality controlled in same week.
Qualifications
Must have all own Tools,Truck WC/GL and Proper vehicle insurance for all 1099 positions. Employee applicants must have hand tools and climbing gear along with the ability to pass DOT physical, Drug, and carry a valid drivers license with no DUI's. Employee applicants must have no Felonies
Other Requirements
Must be dependable and be able to handle backyard easements along with roadside conditions. Must be able to keep safety up along with quality. Splicing is a must, will teach proper applicants.
Job Description
We have long time stable work and very consistent in the MO region. We are looking for linemen to ground-man that are not afraid to work and chew through both time consuming jobs to easy blow and go jobs. The Job consist of coax replacements, new build, force relocates, and pole transfers. There is a consistent average of 5 miles of maintenance replacement for coax per month Just in replacing bad cable not including the other projects that come in. We are looking for both 1099 and Employee positions that want to work with us in performing good quality work and being safe in the process. We will train the right applicants that want to grow in the industry and have a eagerness to grow and strive to perform. Please do not reply if you are not serious about the job and can not meet the requirements. We will not bend the rules on proper documentation!
