This project will be conducted on the Davis Bacon prevailing wage scale. Dependent on the job classification. Benefits available including insurance, vacation, 401k options.
Qualifications
References from past work experience in manhole conduit construction, plowing, trenching/open cut construction and fiber placing.
Other Requirements
All tools required will be provided by the company. H&M equipment fleet is new and current with most equipment not more than 3 years old. Specialty equipment is purchased on a project basis.

Henkels and McCoy is hiring qualified candidates for a fiber optic cable upgrade at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The work consists of manhole/conduit construction, trenching and open cut construction, plowing and fiber optic cable installation.
Safety: H&M provides a drug free work place which includes Pre-employment, post incident and random testing. All employees will work directly with the H&M designated Safety Pro. Training is ongoing and will be provided by the company.
Foreman: This is a working Foreman position. A direct report to the Construction Manager. Responsible for site safety and quality of construction operations. Direction of craft personnel at the project site. Must be able to read prints. Drivers license a must. CDL preferred.
Equipment operator: A direct report to the Foreman. Responsible for operating and maintaining excavation equipment for manhole/conduit and trench operations. Backhoe and small excavators. Drivers license a must. CDL preferred.
Laborers/Drivers: A direct report to the Foreman. Responsible for installation of manholes, conduit and fiber optic cable and as directed by the crew Foreman. Drivers license required. CDL license will be paid at a higher rate.
