Qualifications
Min. One year of verifiable AutoCAD experience or equivalent in degree
High school graduate, degree preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of mathematics required
Proficiency in written and spoken English required
Basic knowledge and experience in working in a Windows computer environment required
Ability to read engineering drawings and documents required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Earth, and Adobe PDF also required
Other Requirements
Must pass a drug test, and have a valid DL
Job Description
Scope of work:
You will be providing AutoCAD Construction Drawings, Construction Permits, and As-Builts for OSP/ISP Fiber Optic Cable Routes. This is a full time employment opportunity. You must be reliable, have transportation and be able to work 40 hrs / wk.
Type of work:
Read and analyze prints and miscellaneous field notes from various sources
Retrieve data from various sites to generate construction documents and permits
Verify data for accuracy
Perform miscellaneous assigned drafting tasks
Make simple mathematical calculations
Use provided AutoCAD standards and processes to complete drawings in a timely manor
