Job Description
S&N Communication is a leading utility construction company with operations across the United States. We are recruiting Quality Assurance Technicians to support a major long-term fiber build project in the Raleigh-Durham market.
Quality Assurance Technicians will inspect underground and aerial plant both during construction and after it is complete. When necessary, technicians will make small corrections to plant such as: rearranging conduit in vaults; raising or lowering drop vaults; adding dirt, seed or gravel where needed; etc. This is a hands-on job requiring hard physical work and you will get dirty!
Previous related experience in underground and aerial utility construction is strongly preferred. Other construction and related experience will be considered.
Candidates must be reliable, trustworthy, possess a strong work ethic and have a sense of expediency toward getting the job done.
Candidates will receive a company provided vehicle for work and commuting to/from home. Pay is competitive depending on related experience. Overtime hours will be frequent.
