Job Description
Henkels and McCoy is seeking a qualified Project Manager for the scope of work listed below. This position will require a Team player with strong computer and communication skills. This project will be conducted on a military installation and will require complete background check. H&M provides a drug-free workplace and conducts pre-employment, random and post incident testing for all employees.
The PM will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the project with the H&M Team, military and civil service personnel involved on the project. The estimated timeline for the project is 14-16 months. PM's interested in working on a contract basis will also be considered.
Project Manager:
Experience managing large underground excavation projects on Military facility. Ex-military a plus.
Experience in design - build communications projects.
Knowledgeable about typical design review & approval process - 35%, 65%, 95% stages of completion, review, & approval.
Responsible for all deliverables. Knowledgeable on standard fed government CRDLs.
Experience with government financial audit process
Experience organizing and running weekly progress reporting meeting
Experience with communications cable records, assignment logs, cut-over process
